What Constitutes a Reportable Violation

The Millioner Violation Reporting Centre is designed to receive reports of conduct that constitutes or may constitute an infringement of Millioner's intellectual property rights, or that otherwise causes harm to the Millioner brand or to consumers through the misuse of Millioner's identity and assets. The following categories of conduct are considered reportable violations and will be investigated as a matter of priority.

Domain Squatting and Typosquatting involves the registration of domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to the Millioner trademark, with the intent to profit from consumer confusion, to divert traffic from the legitimate Millioner platform, or to facilitate fraudulent activities. This includes the registration of domains incorporating common misspellings, phonetic equivalents, or the addition of generic terms such as "official", "support", "login", or "secure" to the Millioner name.

Brand Impersonation and Phishing encompasses the creation of websites, email campaigns, or social media profiles that mimic the visual identity of Millioner.com for the purpose of deceiving consumers into providing personal information, financial credentials, or account access. Such conduct constitutes both trademark infringement and, in most jurisdictions, criminal fraud.

Unauthorised Commercial Use refers to the use of the Millioner name, logo, or other brand assets in commercial communications, affiliate marketing materials, or promotional content without the express written authorisation of Millioner.com. This includes the use of Millioner trademarks in paid search advertising, social media advertising, or third-party websites in a manner that implies endorsement or official affiliation.

Reports that do not relate to intellectual property violations — including general customer service enquiries, account disputes, or technical support requests — should be directed to the official Millioner.com support channels rather than this portal.
